All properties are “pet friendly”. Dogs only, no cats allowed under any circumstance. If a cat is spotted on the premises, there will be a violation fee. ALL pets must be reported and approved through management. We do not allow any animal deemed dangerous in any properties. All pet owners and roommates must have filled out and signed a pet’s addendum to the lease (please see the “Forms” tab under tenants to review this form.) Pet rent is $25.00 per month per pet. Pet deposit is $500.00 for the first pet, and $500.00 for any additional pet. All pet deposits are 50% non- refundable. If an animal urinates on carpet, all carpet must be removed, carpet pad must be removed, and the foundation underneath must be treated. Pet owners will be charged for this process if animals urinate on the carpet. Pet deposits must be paid BEFORE the animal enters the property. Fees for violating this policy are $200.00 up front and $20/day for every day that the pet has been there without notifying management.
