7. If one of our roommates is graduating, but we would like to renew our lease for another year, how do we go about exchanging roommates at the end of the lease term?
Once you have found a replacement, have the graduating senior contact us so that we can verify the situation. After approval from all the current roommates, have the prospective tenant go through the beginning steps to get approved (refer back to FAQ #1). Once he/she is approved and the lease ends, the transfer of deposits process will begin along with all the proper steps.
