TM5 Properties does not provide any utilities for tenants. We do provide lawn care and pesticide treatment for all TM5 managed properties. Alarms, washers and dryers are provided in most properties; check property descriptions for these details. We cannot give accurate estimates on utility costs as it varies greatly based on tenant usage. Tenants will be responsible for setting up and managing their own utilities. Estimates can cost more or less depending on your usage. If you would like an accurate estimate on a particular property, contact the local utility company.
