I want to take this opportunity to share my positive experience working with Will.  Having worked as a Server in multiple restaurants long ago, as well as working as a social worker, I understand the value of feedback and I feel that people have an obligation to provide positive feedback when appropriate.  Please understand that this letter was solely my idea, and I was never asked to provide any feedback by Will or anyone else.

I will begin my first semester as a graduate student at TAMU in the end of August.  Originally, I am from Chicago, but recently I have been residing in Colorado.  Needless to say, this made it difficult to look at a property in Texas.  Prior to working with Will, I had many conversations with multiple real estate agents (as well as those claiming to be real estate agents).  I hated it.  All of the individuals I worked with were impatient, unfriendly, and very pushy (and often downright rude).  I never got the feeling that I was a client, but rather someone that was inconveniencing them.  Eventually, I found a property that was associated with Will's number.  The word "refreshing" does not even begin to describe working with Will.  He has always been polite, patient, knowledgeable, honest, professional, and always reachable!  Most emails I send him are replied to within ten minutes - regardless of the day or time (even Saturdays).  If he does not know the answer to a question (which is very rare) he finds the answer and gets back to me almost instantly.

I mentioned that I was not able to look at properties in person.  Will worked with a friend of mine (who lives in your area) and showed him a property.  My friend called me after seeing the place and commented on how nice and polite the guy (Will) who showed him around was.  When I work with Will, I feel like I am his only customer and I feel that he is working for me, and truly cares about the outcome.  I expect to be in the TAMU area for the next 6-8 years.  I know that Will will be the first person I go to for housing needs during that time.  I will happily recommend him to everyone I know.
