2. How do we pay rent? Can we pay online?

1. Monthly Auto Debit: go to “Tenant” tab and click on “Pay Online”. Then set up an account and check the box to be set on monthly auto debit. If you have questions call the live support number for assistance (1-866-729-5327). This is easiest way to keep from incurring late charges, and makes paying rent worry free. You are fully responsible at the end of your lease to put a stop pay on the monthly auto debit.

2. Pay Online: go to the “Tenant” tab and click on “Pay Online”. Set up an account, and then make sure you understand that when you use a credit card you will incur convenience fees. If you use ACH transfer or use your debit card, no fees will be accessed. Remember, if you choose not to check the auto debit box you will have to manually do this every month.

3. Mail Check: Mail check to our P.O. Box with your name and the address of the subject property written legible on a sealed envelope. Only checks and money orders—no cash. Mailing address is on the site.
