TM5 is going to do everything in our power to get the property completed before the move-in date on your lease. If extenuating circumstances occur that are out of our control, we will have a special provision in your lease that states TM5 will pro-rate the rent to the date that we get C/O from the city of completion. If you are not comfortable with this provision, please find a different property on our website that is ready for move-in.
