3. How do I handle a maintenance issue as a tenant?

Go to the “Maintenance Request” tab on our website. Fill out all the required fields with an explanation of the problem. ALL maintenance requests MUST be through the website in order for us to respond in a timely manner. After you have sent in the request, you will receive a phone call from one of our maintenance guys. Maintenance requests can only be submitted by the tenants on the lease—no parents, boyfriends, girlfriends etc. Phone calls or text messages will not be allowed, unless it is a maintenance emergency (i.e. over flowing toilet, tree fell on the power line, etc.) can you call or text us directly. Any other emergency call 911.
