1. Go to the “Tenant” tab and click on “Forms”. Get the Lease Guaranty form signed by your legal guardian and submitted via email (teammurphy208@gmail.com) only. Each tenant will need to sumbit their own guarantor separately.

 

2. Go to the “Tenant” tab and click on “Apply Online”. Fill out the online application and make sure every field is complete, or your application will not be accepted.

3.Go to the “Pay Online” tab and pay your $40.00 application fee. *Note: If you choose to use ACH transfer or a debit card, you will not incur a convenience fee, credit cards will incur fees.

4. Typically after 3-5 business days, you will be notified on your approval. Once approved, you have 48 hours to sign your lease and pay full deposit amount. Payments can be made online, money order, or check—NO CASH. You are fully responsible for coordinating an appointment among all potential tenants and leasing agent via email or the “Contact Us” tab.
