Terrence and Erica moved to College Station in March 2008 and bought their first dream home as a couple. After teaching at College Hills Elementary for two years, they decided that she would stay home and raise their daughter. This provided the perfect opportunity for Erica to become the property manager of TMFIVE Properties, LLC. Since she has taken over the management duties, TMFIVE Properties has received overwhelming tenant satisfaction. After much mentoring, studying, and acknowledging her gift for helping people, she has decided to acquire her real estate license and be the Leasing Agent for the TM5 Rental Locator. It was during this time that he met his wife, Amber who shared his passion for motorcycles. They have been married 6 years now and have a beautiful, but crazy two year old daughter named Lyla.
Besides work and family, Patrick keeps himself busy with a long list of hobbies including, golf, tennis, bow hunting, mountain biking, and the outdoors - although this list is known to change on a weekly basis!

A native Texan, Elisabeth earned a B.S. in Biology from Wayland Baptist University and teaches yoga classes in College Station. Her husband, Kevin, is a doctoral student at Texas A&M University, and the couple hopes to call the Brazos Valley home for years to come.
